Hi,

I'm currently trying to prove the viability of a LabJack U3-LV for a project where the C# software will use the U3-LV to communicate with inputs and outputs. The outputs have been straight forward, however what I'd like to know is there anyway to connect the C# code to the U3-LV so when an input state changes an event is fired. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

You will need to poll the input state from your U3-LV in your code and detect when a change has occurred. When you detect the change you can raise the event.

Ok, this is I'm currently doing and it would preferred if the device could fire events into the code. Do any of the other LabJack devices have this capability?

No, none of the LabJack devices can directly raise events in code. Communications are based on a command/response system, so polling the device for changes is needed and events need to be be implemented in software.
