Which LabJack do you have?

What sort of control signals do you need?  For example, do you need to send 1 or more 0-5V analog voltage signals?

With a LabJack, you could do this with a U3 ($108 or $114) and 2x LJTick-DACs (2 x $79).  You would just start with our LJTick-DAC example VIs, and from there it is just standard LabVIEW programming.  Can't say what you do with your NI card.

QUESTION:

Is it possible to send a single command through USB (using LabView) to update more than one analog output at the same time?

I see that I can use the LJUDeDAC VI to update one DAC channel at the time. Is there a VI to update more than one at the same time?

Yes.  Are you using the U3/U6/UE9 with the UD library for Windows?  If so, you want to do an add/add/go/get/get:

I don't see a LabVIEW example that does quite that, but start with "U3 Multiple IO Example ...." and let us know if you get stuck.
