IP Reset Problem

I'm trying to solve an IP issue with a UE9 LJ device. I was getting an Invalid AIN range error in LJLogUD when trying to run with an ethernet connection. I thought that this could be due to mismatch of subnet and device IPs so I tried changing the device IP through LJ Control Panel (the UE9 uses as opposed to the default After some searching through the forums I realized the AIN error was not a connection problem and it has since been fixed (USB connection works fine). The problem now is that when I try to change back to the original IP address in LJ Control Panel, the IP Address, Subnet, and Gateway values are all set to zero upon restart of the Control Panel. I have been using "write values" before restart of the application. Thanks for your help, Alex

Have not heard of that issue before. Perhaps update to the latest UD driver, LJControlPanel, and UE9 firmware:



Another thing you can try is powering up with a jumper securely installed from FIO2 to SCL:

So, after swapping UE9's I realized I was on the wrong subnet. Thanks for your suggestions, though.
