Hello, one question, does the LabJack have a filter to used when I read from one of the pin AIN??

The U3 has a max sample rate of 50 ksamples/second, so from that you can deduce that the -3dB point of the analog inputs is at least 25 kHz. I suspect it might be closer to 100 kHz. If you need a low-pass filter with a lower cutoff frequency, you will have to add it yourself, or try filtering in your software.
