Hardware counter specs

Hello, What's the minimum pulse width for the hardware counters to detect a falling edge? I am trying to count pulses with 25ns pulse width with the UE9, but it doesn't work. I tested with 170ns too, and that worked. (5V default level, <0.1V for about 20ns) Thanks Andreas

The spec is 3 MHz with a 3.3V square wave, which equates to a 167ns 3.3V pulse:
