Dear Labjack, I am using a UE9 over USB and invariably receive error 1008 (Communication Failure) after collecting data from anywhere from a few minutes to perhaps an hour or more. AIN0 and AIN2 are read using 16 bits at 20 Hz. Configuration uses ePut() and data reads use GoOne(), GetFirstResult(), and GetNextResult(). Is there further info. on what error 1008 could mean? Might it be a USB problem? Is there a way to recover from error 1008 via software? It seems we need to power cycle the LabJack to recover as trying to recover by restarting our application is not working. OS is Windows Server 2003. Labjack firmware: - Comm: 1.400 - Control: 2.110 - Hardware: 1.100 - Bootloader: 1.140 Thank you for your support.
