Hi,
I'm new with LabJack U12. My system is Windows XP SP3 I installed the U12SetupV121.exe and after that I have ljackuwx.ocx and ljackuw.dll in C:\Windows\system32. Neither LJconfig nor LJTest nor the Excel example are regonizing the U12, but in principle it works because TracerDAQ and Instacal are running well. Can anyone please help, so that I can run LJconfig and the Excel example. Thanks in advance Snoopy. |

TracerDAQ and Instacal are not LabJack software. I believe those are from mccdaq. Are you sure you have a U12? Are TracerDAQ and Instacal talking to some other connected hardware?

Yes, I have a U12 and TracerDAQ and Instacal came on a CD together with the U12.
No, there is no and there was no other comparable hardware connected. Snoopy |

Where did you get this CD? Can you post a picture of the U12 and the CD?

Here is the U12 page I found at Meilhaus and our U12 page:

If Meilhaus included a RedLab CD, that would be a mistake. yes, I have a mini-lab 1008. I ordered a U12 and a U12 was confirmed as delivered, but now I have a 1008. Thank you fo your effort. |
