Here's what I have at this point. I'm busy teaching and taking courses the next two semesters, so I probably won't have time to finish this properly until summer :(
It is definitely alpha quality. The plug/unplug code doesn't work (since I leave the pipe open after the first Open() call, I would like to properly close it if someone unplugs the device while the program is running). Also, it isn't tested nearly as much as I normally test. The Open() routine opens the pipe and save the info. for futher calls to open. Close() does nothing (so it leaves the pipe open). There is a new routine to close all pipes when the program exits. Good Luck! Dave 11/19 I removed the incorrect code attachment. Working on getting the right one back up - but Fulevault totally wiped out my system. Dave This post has been edited by Bytewraith: Nov 19 2003, 10:40 PM |

Dave,
I included the new ljackmac.c and h files to my project, nothing changed. I did a FileMerge of the old and new ljackmac.c files, and found no differences in the Open() fxn (acutally the only two differences turned up were in a comment). Did the 1.01a.sit have the new files? Thanks Dave |

hi,
thanks for the new post. I'll concur, though, that the files don't seem changed (file modification dates all still from July). Maybe the wrong files were zipped? If it becomes useful enough I may try to push forward with the development myself. Thanks again for your work! Bryan |
